Bus Online Booking Service is working with a limited number of carefully selected Bus Operators with proven safety and reliability track record on different routes. Some of the criteria we use to decide which Bus Operator to include in our service are: / Huduma ya kufanya booking za mabasi kwa mtandao inafanya kazi na idadi ndogo ya makampuni ya mabasi yaliyochaguliwa kwa uangalifu kwa kutilia maanani rekodi yao ya usalama na uhakika katika njia (ruti) tofauti. Baadhi ya vigezo vinavyozingatiwa kabla ya kufikia uamuzi wa kampuni gani ikubaliwe kuingizwa katika huduma hii ni pamoja na:

1. Our first and major concern is "safety". We care about safety of the passengers who use our service to book online. While we can not "prevent" accidents from happening, we still feel duty bound to take measures aimed at "avoiding" accidents. We therefore decided to work only with buses which have a proven track record of safety. This was not an easy decision to make since it reduces the scope of buses qualifying for inclusion, but it is a very necessary one since we want extra assurance on safety and reliability for people who do their booking by using our service. / Suala la "usalama" ni nambari moja. Tunajali kuhusu usalama wa abiria wanaofanya booking kwa kutumia huduma yetu. Japokuwa hatuwezi "kuzuia" ajali isitokee, bado tunajisikia kuwa na wajibu wa kuchukua hatua zinazolenga "kukwepa" ajali. Kwa sababu hiyo tumeamua kufanya kazi na mabasi ambayo yana rekodi nzuri ya usalama. Huu haukuwa uamuzi rahisi kwa sababu unapunguza wigo wa mabasi yanayoweza kuingizwa katika mfumo huu, lakini ni uamuzi sahihi na wa lazima kwa sababu tunataka uhakika zaidi na usalama kwa watu wanaofanya booking kwa kutumia huduma yetu.

2. Our second and important concern is "reliability". We want to provide assurance to a customer that once a ticket is bought then there will actually be a bus available on that particular date, and that particular time, and for that particular route, just as they were promised while doing their booking. We understand that pre-booking online requires a lot of trust because people do the booking and buy the ticket believing that the bus will actually be there. For this reason it was important to work with Bus Operators with a fleet of buses who can quickly fill in a gap incase of unavailability of a particular bus for any reason. / Suala la "uhakika" ni nambari mbili. Tunataka wateja wetu wawe na uhakika kuwa pindi wanapofanya booking kwa kutumia huduma yetu na kukata tiketi na kuilipia, hakika kutakuwa na basi siku ya safari, litakaloanza safari katika muda uliotajwa, na kwa njia iliyotajwa, vile vile kama walivyoahidiwa wakati wanafanya booking. Tunaelewa kuwa kufanya booking kwa mtandao kabla ya siku ya safari kunahitaji uaminifu mkubwa kwa sababu watu wanafanya booking na kununua tiketi mapema wakiamini kuwa siku ya safari basi litakuwepo. 3. Our third and equally important concern is "support". We want the passengers who use our service to book their trip to be assured of support in the unlikely situation of an emergency like a bus having a breakdown or being involved in an accident or a road being rendered impassable. The Bus Operators we work with must have options to pick stranded passengers and allow them to complete their journey either by sending another bus or using a bus coming from the other side or colaboration with other Bus Operators serving the same route. / Suala la uwezo wa "kusaidia" abiria njiani  tumelipa umuhimu pia. Tunataka abiria watakaotumia huduma yetu ya kufanya booking za mabasi kwa mtandao kuwa na uhakika kuwa watapata msaada njiani endapo patatokea dharura yoyote kama basi kuharibika, au ajali, au barabara kutopitika. Makampuni ya mabasi tunayofanya nayo kazi ni lazima wawe na mbinu mbadala za kuwasaidia abiria waliokwama njiani na kuwawezesha kuendelea na safari zao ama kwa kutuma basi jingine au kwa kutumia basi linalokuja kutoka upande mwingine au kwa kushirikiana na kampuni zingine za mabasi zinazofanya safari katika njia hiyo.

4. Our fourth concern is the physical "condition of the bus". We would like to work with relatively new buses rather than old and dilapidated buses which can break down anytime. We therefore insist on acceptable condition of the buses in terms of wear and tear, regular service and maintenance. The physical condition of the buses must be clean, good and presentable. / Suala lingine tunaloangalia ni "hali halisi ya basi". Tungependa kufanya kazi na mabasi ambayo ni mapya kiasi fulani na siyo chakavu na yaliyochoka sana ambayo yanaweza kuharibika wakati wowote. Kwahiyo tunasisitiza mabasi yawe katika hali inayokubalika ikiwa ni pamoja na kufanyiwa service mara kwa mara. Hali ya basi ni lazima iwe nzuri na basi liwe safi na la kupendeza.
